Well, I had a bad tooth, and it had become infected—abscessed—and it needed to be extracted. The thought of pain makes me nervous, but when I came here, they really assured me that I was in good hands. They all looked like they were totally confident about what they were doing, and I relaxed. I just felt comfortable here. Dr. Cooper has a kind of quiet confidence about him. He explained it the whole way. He let me know what was going on, and it was just incredible. The whole experience of having a tooth taken out was fabulous. I had very little swelling or pain or anything. It was just not a big, scary thing at all. It was just a good experience. It was great.
