My 12-year-old daughter had oral surgery with Dr. Black, and we had a great experience. He explained everything clearly, understood her anxiety, and gave thoughtful recommendations while still offering options. The front and back office staff were all wonderful. I had misunderstood the upfront cost and arrived pretty stressed, and the receptionist handled the situation with so much grace and kindness. I didn’t get the chance to apologize to Adela, the other front office member before we left, so if you see this, I’m sorry, and thank you for your patience. Highly recommend Columbia Basin Oral & Maxillofacial. Also, the anesthesiologist was fantastic (anesthesiologists are always the coolest people.) 👏😊

My appointment was not scheduled for another couple of days And I called early two days before my appointment and they were able to get me right in. Dr. Cooper has been great at communicating with my regular doctor as well as the surgeries he has performed on me thus far. The facility and nurses are also amazing, the girls are so sweet! We’re currently still healing from an impacted canine extraction, baby tooth extraction and jaw bone transplant. I expected a LOT more pain than I’ve experienced. The most annoying thing is the stitches hanging before they dissolve, but I’ll take that!! I’ve also had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Cooper, and have one more surgery scheduled with their office in a few months to get an implant for my canine. So many Drs used to tell me I’d never be a candidate for an implant. Dr cooper is making it all possible. As a young adult, he’s tremendously improving my quality of life and self esteem with this implant. It’s a long process, but I know it’ll all be worth it. So grateful for these guys!!

My daughter had her wisdom tooth extracted by Dr. Teeples and we couldn't have had a better experience. Our overall experience from start to finish was amazing. All the staff are knowledgeable and care about their patients. Dr. Teeples took the time to explain to us the whole procedure in great detail. I had explained that my daughter had anxiety and they were very accomodating in giving us options for her treatment. I would greatly recommend this location and Dr. Teeples to everyone.

I called way more than I should’ve with concerns about my oral surgery. The dentist were more than helpful. I reacted badly the first time I went for my wisdom teeth to the medication. Came back a second time with an infection told them how sick I got they took care of me and I didn’t have any problems. Everything was very clean and everyone was extremely kind.

I was so nervous coming in, I haven’t been to the dentist in over 10 years and had to get some wisdom teeth removed. This team made me feel so dang welcomed, especially Dr. Ryan Toponce and Shyla! I can’t thank them enough for their hospitality and just being great humans in general, cracking jokes to making sure I don’t have any questions unanswered.
